We are very pleased with the new TAPTCO Course; our operators get a lot out of this course. They have commented that they feel all the information is relevant in the job we are asking them to do each and every day. I would give this course a “10” on the rating scale and we now use it for all of our training (new employees, remedial training if employee has a vehicle accident, etc). I feel this program was very well done.
